Langley Airport has earned a reputation as a progressive community-owned airport. It is business and service friendly and is intent on being a valuable high-tech source of jobs and opportunities in the lower mainland.
   The airport presently has 54 companies, of which half are helicopter related, covering nearly all activities of the industry. Its fixed wing businesses, including three flying schools offer first class service and training to international standards.
   Langley Airport businesses currently employs 264 people, providing wages of 7 million dollars to bring a gross commercial income of 42 million. Approximately 6.1 million dollars is spent annually for local goods and services. The airport is home to 350 aircraft.
